Take advantage of hands-on tech theatre opportunities throughout the season, picked to fit your strengths and to challenge you. Paid positions are available in Lighting Design, Sound Design, Costume Design, Scenic Design, Props Design, Scenic Charge Artist, and Stage Management. Fellows will also have the opportunity to engage in volunteer positions as dramaturges, assistant directors, assistant stage managers, or associate production managers if they so choose. Each Fellow will be assigned 2-3 productions, throughout the season.

Up to 4 Fellows are selected each season and benefit from extensive support and resources, individual mentorship, and personal reflection.
